Hello all,
Well Monique and I just finished fixing up or newest condo so it's ready for a renter. Very excited to get another rental on the market. Feel very greatful to live in such a great city and to own our parts of it.
If you haven't already seen the preliminary plans for the newest hotel to be coming to Oceanside's beach front take a look Below. It breaks ground on 1 September 2016. Very excited to see how this will change the value of my properties.
